All of our products are securely and safely packaged using discreet professional materials.
We use Royal Mail to despatch the vast majority of our products.
All private and NHS prescriptions are despatched via first class recorded delivery, thus require a signature.
We are not allowed to post any prescription medication to any address without obtaining a receiving signature, so if you know you are not going to be in, please arrange for the medicines to be delivered to another, more convenient address for you.
All NHS prescriptions have free postage and packaging.
For all other orders & prescriptions, postage and packaging is charged at a standard fee £2.95 per order, except for orders over £45 including VAT which are delivered free-of-charge. Please note, heavy/bulky items may be subject to extra delivery charges. In this event, we will contact you and advise you accordingly.
If, in the very unlikely event that you have a problem with any of the following on receipt of your goods, please follow the advice provided:
- Missing items - Please check all received goods carefully against the invoice enclosed with your package. If you are aware of a missing item then please contact us via email or freephone providing full details within 7 days. Please note that if any products that you have ordered are out of stock or are to follow, we will contact you prior to dispatch to ensure that this meets your approval.
- Incorrect Items- If you believe that you have received an incorrect item then please contact us via email or freephone number providing full details within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
- If an item is no longer required- Due to the nature of our business we cannot accept or refund any medicines for safety reasons. If you need any advice please contact us via email or freephone.
- Damaged Goods- If your goods have been damaged in transit then please contact us via email or freephone within 7 days of receipt and we will investigate the matter fully.
Orders are welcome from BFPO customers. There will be no extra postage charge on orders weighing not more than 2kg and no larger than 900mm, length, width and depth combined. Due to BFPO regulations, Rowlands Pharmacy are unable to despatch any products containing an aerosol mechanism.
Although Rowlands Pharmacy aims to offer you the best service possible, Rowlands Pharmacy makes no promise that the services and products will meet with your requirements. Postage and packing is currently charged at £2.95 per transaction. Any orders over £45 including VAT and NHS prescription medicines are delivered free of charge. Please note, heavy/bulky items may be subject to extra delivery charges. In this event, we will contact you and advise you accordingly. We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. Deliveries are normally within 2-3 working days, which excludes weekends and bank holiday's
Deliveries are normally despatched by Royal Mail and we will inform you by e-mail of the date and method of despatch. Please note that all prescription medicines are despatched by recorded delivery and will require a signature. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that an authorised person is available to accept such a delivery.
The customer shall inspect the items immediately upon receipt and must notify Rowlands Pharmacy within seven calendar days of any discrepancy or any damaged goods.
Rowlands Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse sales at our discretion if we believe there is a fraudulent credit card use. You may be asked to provide further proof of your identity and/or proof of credit card. Failure to do so will result in termination of the transaction.
You will be notified by email if Rowlands Pharmacy cancels your order or if your credit card has been declined.
For security reasons Rowlands Pharmacy will log your IP address. Details of all fraudulent transactions will be passed on to the relevant authorities.
We use a payment provider to deal with all payments.
Please be aware that if a refund is required it can take several days for the credit to be acknowledged by the issuing bank. Unfortunately this is standard; however you will receive immediate notification via Rowlands that a refund has been conducted for your records.
If your whole order cannot be fulfilled immediately we will contact you via email to ensure that this meets with your approval or to arrange a full or partial refund.
